World Space Launch is a private website. It is privately owned and operated by Randy L. Losey. It is not a government website and is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, space agency or company.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorldSpaceLaunch.com and its pages (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for personal, informational use by members of the public.

Restricted users. You are not permitted to access or use the Site if you are subject to any law, regulation, rule, policy or directive of a government agency, including the agency that employs you or that you act for, that prohibits or restricts your access to or use of a privately operated website such as this one, or if your access or use would violate any such law or restriction. All content on the Site, including launch schedules, countdowns, news summaries and history, is provided for general information and entertainment only. 3. Intellectual property

The Site's original text, news summaries, history writing, design, layout, code, logo and graphics are owned by Randy L. Losey and are protected by copyright and other laws. © 2026 Randy L. Losey. Third-party names, logos and trademarks (for example those of space agencies, launch providers and news publishers) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. News headlines are displayed solely to identify linked stories, which belong to their publishers. Photographs are public-domain images credited on the credits page.

4. Third-party data and links

Launch information comes from third-party data services, and news stories link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices or terms. Following an external link is at your own risk and subject to that website's terms.

5. Advertising

The Site displays advertising served by Google AdSense, a third-party vendor that uses cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads. Advertisers and ad networks are responsible for their ads. An ad's appearance on the Site is not an endorsement. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for how advertising uses cookies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Site or its hosting; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its servers; use automated tools to scrape or download the Site in a way that burdens it; frame or mirror the Site so as to imply it is yours; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, please notify the site owner with the page address, a description of the work and your contact information. Material found to be infringing will be removed.

These Terms may be updated at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, and applicable federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
